Wacom 24D - pen right click not working in layer photoshop cc

Working in Windows 10, I uploaded from CS5, I have 2 issues.

1st: Wacom 24D pen right click not working in layers photoshop cc, hoping there is a fix for this.

2nd: This there no "Arrange Images" without going to the Window menu. I liked it on my top menu bar.

I do not have a Cintiq here is how I configure my Wacom Intuos Pro tablet on windows 10.
