Wacom Cintiq pro and Photoshop 2019
after updating to 2019 version my stylus has stopped working altogether, (it still works on my photoshop-less laptop's Adobe illustrator) any clue how to fix this

What operating system?
If Windows 10, then are you using Windows Ink or WinTab? WinTab tends to work better with Windows 8.1 and 10
