Wacom Intuos Express Keys not recognized in Photoshop 2015

Hello,

So I have a computer running Windows 10 with Photoshop CC 2015 installed on it, and I wanted to set up my Wacom Intuos drawing tablet up with it. I'm setting the express keys for Photoshop, but none of the express keys are working. Instead, when I press and express key, it defaults to my All Other Applications express key options. I've opened up other software like MS Paint and set up some custom express key binds in there, and it works fine, so I'm pretty sure it's just Photoshop. My driver is up-to-date, and I've checked many, many threads that have just not helped. For some more context, my Windows Ink is turned off. I've restarted the computer, restarted Photoshop, my driver is up-to-date, I've reset Photoshop into my Applications list on the tablet properties, and my tablet works fine on other computers in the house. Also, there was a thread talking about a 'PSUserConfig.txt' file in my folders but it's not there. If anyone who is familiar with Wacom tablets can provide me some extra advice on what might be going on, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Hi!

I had a problem very similar and found this article that might help:

https://machollywood.com/blogs/news/wacom-tablet-compatibility-with-mac-os-10-15-catalina

And it is possible that you might need to reinstall your Wacom drivers. Here is another article to help with that:

Let us know if that helps,

So I'm not sure if this just works for me but I thought I'd post it in hopes it helps someone else.  I'm using the Intuos Pro/Win 11/PS 2023 and the express keys don't work after starting photoshop.  However, with Photoshop open, I unplug the USB-C connection from tablet and then plug it right back in and voila, it works.  I've done this three seperate times and it's worked each time.  Hope this helps...

I reseted my tablet preferenes, and after I manually re-added Photoshop to my applications list, it worked! Thanks!
