Wacom Not Connecting To Mac

I'm trying to connect a Wacom Intuos 4 to a mac running Sierra 10.12.6.

When I finally got the drivers to install, the program comes up with a 'device not connected' warning.

I uninstalled and reinstalle numerous times, but this is always the result.

Any way around this?
