Take a class. I teach one on one private classes online - www.creative-training.com. You can look to see if you have any classes locally at a community college. I also contract with companies and teach small groups. I'm in the middle of teaching a 3 day photoshop class to 4 people online. They are located in Canada and the US, not near me.
