WARNING! New Photoshop 22.0 Bug has the same "Presets" bug with Camera Raw as before

WARNING! New Photoshop 22.0 has the same "Presets" bug with Camera Raw as with the previous 3 versions.  Only PS 21.1.3 and appropriate Camera RAw version worked with Presets.  When you load the new version 22.0, and open an image in Camera Raw, there are no presets present.  There should be a menu of ALL your presets, which you can select and immediately see the effect.  If you go to

Preferences>File Handling>Global>Choose Preset>User Presets> they are all there.  But they won't load.  And "Load Presets" also doesn't work.  This problem has been following PS for several versions now and the tech support denies there's any problem or even any reports.  21.1.3 works for sure.  Beware of upgrading.

Well, !

What's your level here? "Genius"?  If it's not it ought to be.  Thank you.  Thank you!

Let me tell you a story...  I spent 2 HOURS with Adobe tech support today, with three different "tech support people" asking the simple question - and giving them the same details as I gave you.  No one had a clue how to load the presets.  (I'm not even sure they knew what "presets" were!)  The second guy wanted me to reinstall a previous version of PS so "he could see if they were there."  I told him, well, let's just say "no way."  Now, 3 versions of PS ago, the same thing happened after I installed the #21.2 or so version.  No presets.  I could find them as per above, but they wouldn't load.   I told them "Preferences>File Handling>Global>Choose Preset>User Presets>" but not on the page.  I went through the same thing with FIVE technicians.  They were CLUELESS.   Ended up installing an older version of PS and Camera RAW which I was using until today - no problem.

So, "bug"?  OK, that's on me, as per the above icon.  And thank you again.  Really.  BUT EIGHT technicians at Adobe were absolutely CLUELESS about the presets (I use them for work and have about 50 of them. I use them EVERYDAY.) Not having the presets really inconvenienced me.  So, I'm still ticked off at the knuckleheads for wasting my time and calling themselves technicians.

YOU, however, in 2 minutes, with the same information (less, really) have saved me considerable angst and blood pressure points and I thank you very much.  God bless you, your children and all their descendents...

Thanks again!

What version of macOS are you using?

Seems to work here with macOS Mojave 10.14.6 running photoshop 2021 (ps ver 22.0) and camera raw 13.0

That's exactly what I'm running.  And exactly where, in previous versions, Presents were and where they should be now.  Tech support at Adobe is seems to be clueless about presents.

Preferences>File Handling>Global>Choose Preset>User Presets>. They are all there.  So it’s seeing them, but not loading them in the menu in Camera Raw for use.

 but aren't.
