Hello!

I get an error massage "You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services." in Creative Cloude Desktop. And when I try to open my Photoshop i get an error massage: "We can`t verify your subscription status".

I downloaded the Repair Tool and it showed 0 errors repaired. 

I have internet connection (not in offline). In addition, I use one profile on 2 computers. On a home laptop and computer. 

Windows has been updated to the latest version.
I have an Adobe subscription.

" go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person."

 

Agent helped me through remote access.

Are both computers giving you the error or just the one? There is this thread that suggests you may be able to edit a registry entry depending on the version you have and provides a few alternate solutions.
