Question

We have restricted your access to Firefly due to a violation of our Terms of Use

When I try to use GENERATE in Photoshop (Release 25.1.0 - macOS Sonoma 14) , I see this message:
"We have restricted your access to Firefly due to a violation of our Terms of Use. Visit the FAQ page to learn more."

I have been buying and using photography plan for a long time and until recently GENERATE was working smoothly. Now I don't know why it doesn't work. Adobe support should be responsive.

@Tabassom

  • Type "agent" into the chat to get a human.
  • Ask for Tier 2 support or for a supervisor if you get stuck with the bot.
  • Copy the link I gave you and the text to Cory's reply and paste it into the chat. Repeat if needed. Cory clearly says to contact technical support.

Here's a screenshot:

Let us know how it goes,

If you mean Adobe Virtual Assistant, I have to say no. It doesn't understand the problem. I tried several times.

What happened when you contacted Adobe Support / Adobe Customer Care?

If you did not contact them and if you have a valid subscription to Photoshop, then please contact them now. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

See the reply in the Beta forum from employee Cory Shubert:
