Can i design a similar theme for my website just like this website loveaffirmations dot com

Is it good to design websites in photoshop or is there a better alternative from Adobe?

Photoshop is not for creating websites, though you can use it for visualising websights and for optimising images.

Dreamweaver is Adobe's web design application, though many people nowadays use the non-Adobe application, WordPress.

Hi, of course you can create an interface with Photoshop. But I advise you to use Adobe XD, a software born specifically to design interfaces and prototypes for websites and applications. I suggest you take a look at it. I'll leave the link right here: Adobe XD
