Web legacy export feature missing in Photoshop for M1 Macs missing

I just moved to an M1 mac, and the photoshop version lost the option to save out jpegs in Web Legacy with the slider optimization (1-100) quality. Instead there is now a dropdown with 7 quality options from "Very Poor" - "Very Good". With the dropdown, my saved jpegs are either too large or bad quality. The idtem used to be offered in the Photoshop preferences > export tab > Under the "Export as Location" section (see attached) now it isn' there. Has anyone else experienced this and have a hack for getting the slider back?

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble. The option to Use Legacy Export As is not available on M1 Macs. Please add your vote to the idea to bring back the quality slider here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-ideas/p-bring-back-jpeg-quality-percentage-to-export-as-dialog/idi-p/12328573/page/3#comments
