Weird Colors Randomly Appearing on Photos

When I'm in photoshop randomly there will be these random pieces of color that appear on my photos. When I export they aren't there, but they pop up in photoshop and can be red, blue, green, or really whatever color. I can't get rid of them, even if I undo. What are these things and how do I get rid of them?

    Hi Backdoorslam,

As there are random colors appearing on your images, could you try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" by going into Photoshop's Preferences > Performance then relaunch Photoshop & let us know if it works?

Also, please let us know which version of Photoshop are you using & which operating system are you working on?

    Regards,

I did this, no help, the colorful lines ruined the photo I had worked for a couple of hours. I have iOs 10.13.6.  I cannot edit the biggest lines away.
