I tested it on another computer and its the same problem so its not my graphic card or monitor. Btw. the brush was 0% hardness.

It is an artefact that affects display of gradients against the transparency checkerboard. It is a display issue only and does not affect the actual file (it also  disappears if you put any solid colour at the bottom of the layer stack).

If you really want to change this, you can go to your PS preferences and adjust the contrast of the dark and light transparency squares so they are the same, but don't, because those squares are a useful feature. Add a solid layer, as davescm suggests.

Is there any way to fix it on transparency?

No it is not something that can be fixed by users. It is just an artefact in the way transparency is displayed. Like I said , it does not affect your files.

You could put a temporary solid layer at the bottom of the layer stack for viewing whilst you work on the file - then switch off visibility before you save
