Question

What AI could generate images in ortho projection style to make decals for games?

Whatever I tried  in Photoshop is always in sort of normal perspective camera view   while I need something  like google map images  with camera looking down  for ground  textures and decals.

To produce big unique  macro textures covering big spaces.     Adobe Sampler AI always does something of  1mx1m scale and crazy  repeating looking.  Never managed to get anything useful from it.

I need something rather unique i could use as a decal .      I wonder perhaps other soft could do better . How  to force AI to do it from down looking camera without perspective distortion  ?    Would  Firefly  give a better chance considering I don;t need anything of illustrative  or fancy style .

I tried to generate car skid marks on a racing track for example.   They look fine in a random photo  but once I try to shift to google map style of view  , down look without perspective  distortion  those skid marks become more and more weird and artificial/fantasy style  looking.    Same for cirrus clouds  . they look great on random photo  but once i need  a down  looking  view of them, ideally with alpha   , something  space  camera may catch over an ocean , it's   nothing good.

Hi Kirk.  The best thing you can do is watch this video from Jesus Rameriz.  He answers your question, and so much more.
