What brush setting sets the brush angle to change automatically on-click ?

I noticed this on the KYLE ultimate Pencil brush but I cannot figure out what the setting is. This will be useful to know for when creating my own textured brushes.

Please post a screenshot including the Brush Settings Panel set to Shape Dynamics.
