What happened to Photoshop in Creative Cloud?

My Creative Cloud plan recently renewed at $359 and now I don't have access to Photoshop. I had access to Photoshop in my previous plan. How do I access Photoshop on my desktop and laptop like I have done since signing up with Creative Cloud in August 2018?
