What happens to app preferences when I deactivate/reactivate my account?

Does anyone know if you deactivate Creative Cloud and then reactivate it later, do you have to reset all your preferences? I have tons of presets, actions, preferences, etc. in Photoshop and Lightroom. If my account expires and I reactivate it, do I lose all that stuff?
