You can get a free-30-day trial with the excellent Lynda.com online video tutorials and there are also great ones from Pluralsight.com

The ones from ed2go include a personal tutor as well. ed2go Classes

There are also good books, such as the QuickStart Guides and the Classroom in a Book series.
