What is wrong with my color picker?

I updated yesterday to the latest version of PS and now my color picker looks and acts differently. Before I didn't have the scale at the top. All my colors are lighter. You can see in the screenshot the green I selected from my library shows up in the color picker much lighter. It is doing this with any color selected.
