I am looking for a good laptop to use Photoshop optimally and with a lot of memory because I travel a lot. Can you give me a hint for the purchase in Europe Belgium

i live in Europe, Belgium and i need a new laptop.
I have a subscription for photoshop with you. I would like your advice on the necessary RAM and speed and strength and video card. I would like to work more with 3D ... Thanks for your advice, but it must be windows not Mac!

Do you work on a Mac or in Windows? If you are looking at Macs, your choice is 13" vs 16". I prefer the smaller for travel because it's lighter and fits in a Brenthaven sleeve inside my carryon.
