What's happened to Photo Downloader since the new version of Photoshop?

Photo downloader used to remember the last settings but now it resets every time - a real time consuming pain!

Each time I download from a card now I have to reset the inbound folder, remove the option to create a sub-folder (never use!) and "Delete Original Files" every time.

Before this version it used to remember my preferences every time. This is a real nuisance.

Anyone help?
