what's the fastest way to change skin tone to a specific HSB value?

Question

Say I have a random face image, how do I change the skin tone (mid tone) to H20 S40 B80?

I tried to use Color Sampler Tool, changed it to HSB mode, then Hue Saturation adjustment layer...... the problem is, changing S will change B, too. Even in LAB mode, it happenes as well.

I also tried changing blending mode of the above Hue Saturation adjustment layer to Saturation, but this time changing S will largely influence H.

Is there a better way?

@wil335568172y0l As I am sure you realise, an entire face cannot be the same HSB value or it would have no detail - you'd need to select a particular sample area (and place a permanent eyedropper on it) to observe the colour changing as you edit.

How about setting the eyedropper colour readout value to show HSB Colour in the info panel - but leave the image defined within its original 'colour model' (RGB etc) that way your edits will be intuitive.

The example below uses an RGB file, I can set the readout to HSB.
