hello all i have a pic been trying to figure out for awhile. I need to know what filters was applied to this picture i would really love it I play in ps cc
i am on the latest version of the mac software it looks like a shell of some sorts but i know it can be achieved just need help knowing what was applied

    Looks like a strong use of the high-pass filter on a duplicate layer with the blend mode set to overlay. Really bumping up the high-pass can bring out the modeling of the face.
