What webp plugin is known to work well with CS6 and how to install it ?

Hi,CS6Win7 64bit pro.I have just started encountering webp images when right click save image from the internet, Pshop CS6 wont open them, windows wont show them as thumbs, and no doubt my file cataloging prog AbeMeda wont know what to do with them, let alone Portfolio Extensis image library cataloging prog or similar.I see a link to the codec for windows that will allow windows explorer to thumb them, but I dont think that allows Pshop to see them let alone save as a webp, correct me if I am wrong , though unless all my progs such as Rhino3D, Extensis Portfolio, AbeMeda and more can handle webp, I dont want to save as such ! Where do we CS6 users get a 'known to work all the time' plugin for this and how does one install it ? CheersMerlin
