Whatever I do everything is white

When I open my file, the screen is white. I turned off gpu compositing and closed and opened photoshop but didn't see a change. I updated everything and restarted computer. Please help.

@Lawrence35650078s2jl Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

Unfortunately you don't wrote anything about your system and detailed infos asbout your issue.

Please give us more informations about your system including the following:

Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

Please provide also a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.
