whats going on

hi everyone. when I finish my project I've just save everything like everytime in jpg, but then when I try to open adobe photoshop for a new work my mac told me "the adobe photoshop app is no longer open".... so I can't open it :/. what can I do??? pls help me 😞🥺🥺🥺
