When can I expect to receive answer from Adobe Support???
3 weeks ago I've contacted your support chat, regarding a very disturbing and irritating bug on Photoshop which interrupt my work and causes me loss of time and money!
I've even sent you a file, because the rep. was not able to help me solve this issue, so asked to send you a file you can investigate in your labs.
I have been told that you would contact me in 2-3 days.
3 WEEKS HAVE PASSED SINCE AND.... NOTHING!
so, I have contacted your customer service, 3 more times, to no avail, chats in which your people knew nothing about my original complaint and how to answer me.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT YOUR PEOPLE TO PROVIDE A REASONABLE AND BASIC "SUPPORT" FOR THE PRODUCT I'M PAYING FOR???
MY WORK IS BEING JEOPARDIZED FOR 3 WEEKS, AND I CAN NOT CONTINUE WORKING LIKE THIS
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN CAN ADOBE START DEALING WITH MY INQUIRY AND ACTUALLY -ANSWER-
