Question

When going fullscreen, my canvas gives me ghosting on the canvas when moved.

For some reason when I go full screen my canvas is ghosting when I move the canvas around, anybody else experienced this?  I have in the past, and it resolved itself at some point, but now it's back.  I didn't do anything to any preferences or settings to make this happen, it just started randomly while I was drawing.

Tried updating to the latest version and restarting, I also tried to look to see if anyone else had this issue and didn't see it.

Actually if I uncheck "Use Graphic Processors" the issue goes away, but then I can't use Scrubby Zoom. I've also tried unchecking and checking each individual box in the "Advanced Graphics Processor Settings" pop up menu and that didn't change anything.

It's weird that it wasn't an issue and suddenly appeared while working with no update to Photoshop or my OS.

on a Windows system I would goto the Gpu control panel and turn off antialiasing for just Photoshop... this will lower the ram needed to build the ui and should get you up & going however my Mac days are behind me

as a possible work around you could install one of the older Photoshop builds and see if they work better... long story but they have different defaults when it come to gpu settings and yes you can run two Photoshop builds on the same system but I would still uninstall the current one first for a cleaner install of the older one

How much video & RAM memory do you have?

Have you updated your graphics drivers lately?

16 GB, it's a 13 inch macbook pro so there's no GPU driver outside of whatever gets updated when the OS updates come through.
