When I send photo from lightroom to photoshop for editing, weird noise lines are created. Help!

Hi, everyone. I'm experiencing this issue when sending a photo from lightroom to photoshop for editing. Photoshop creates these strange noise lines in the sky that weren't there before. Please let me know what other info I need to supply to get this issue resolved. Thanks!
