When i used "copy merge" in PS 2017 then paste it the color changes? sometimes its gray or saturated

Please set the Status Bar to »Document Profile« and post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible? 

here ps = photoshop. if you mean pse = photoshop elements, please clarify.
