When starting the new Photoshop (as of 7/21/2020) getting a loadlibrary error 87.

Get the loadlibrary error 87 also when trying to launch nik filters.  Then Photoshop freezes.  I don't get the error when launching Lightroom Classic, but do get it when trying to launch Nik filters from within Lightroom.

Hi there,

 

This is not a typical experience with Photoshop as you're getting an error 87 (LoadLibrary failed) while launching the app.

 

Which version of Photoshop are you using and what is your operating system?
