When try to "save" after adjusting "image size", I get an error message "not enough RAM".

When I try to "save" after adjusting "image size", I get an error message "not enough RAM". But, I have pleanty of available RAM. Can someone please help with this?

What is your OS (specific version number), Hard drive space, Total and Available RAM and file size you are trying to save?
