I have issues with using a part of functionality on my new computer, which was assembled 2 weeks ago. Here are the specifications:
- processor: Intel I7-11700KF;
- motherboard: Gigabyte Z590 GamingX;
- graphics adapter: Gigabyte RTX 3050 EAGLE 8Gb;
- RAM: Kingston Fury 32Gb;
- storage: WD Black sn850 (500Gb);
- operating system: Windows 10 64bit (official).

I installed Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom on a clean system. During the work process, the applications constantly crashed with an error and closed. In accordance with the Adobe instructions, I found the reason, which was using a function called "Use the graphics processor". Without this function the system does not crash, but I cannot use all the functionality I need. It is worth noting I did not install any third-party plugins into the applications, and I do not have an antivirus software.

I tried the following actions to repair:
- installed Nvidia drivers of different versions;
- checked the integrity of Win files;
- installed different versions of Adobe Photoshop;
- deleted fonts according to the Adobe instructions;
- reinstalled the whole system (formatting the storage) several times;
- reinstalled motherboard drivers several times.
Moreover, Adobe Photoshop treats my graphics adapter as serviceable and compatible, and Lightroom works properly with the graphics adapter.

Could you, please, help me resolve the issue with using the graphics adapter? Thank you in advance!

'.......installed Nvidia drivers of different versions....'

Try this

Download the Studio Driver from NVidia (I am using v531.61 which is not the latest but I know it is stable on my RTX3090)

When installing select Advanced Options - Clean Install. That will overwrite remnants of any old drivers.

Do not install GeForce Experience, that is for games. For Photoshop you don't need it.
