Where are the "Code examples for ScriptUI" ?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking at the document:

on page 61 it says:

"The sample code distributed with the Adobe ExtendScript SDK includes code examples that specifically demonstrate different ways of building and populating a ScriptUI dialog."

Then it lists a bunch of scripts that supposedly ship with the SDK. I've got the Master Collection installed so I can't re-install the SDK, and I can't find any of these files on my disk, so does anyone know where to get them from?
