Question

Where Can I Install Scripts in a Shared Folder for All Versions of Photoshop CC

Since Photoshop CC 2015 many of the resources of Photoshop has moved to shared folders to allow multiple versions of Photoshop to access them. So they moved brushes, gradients, etc...

For instance, the Plug In forlder is now located (Windows) at: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins.

One oculd also create shared Fonts folder in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts (See Where do I install fonts in photoshop cc or can I?).

Now, I wonder, do we have something similar for Scripts?
I'm looking for the path both on Windows and macOS.

Thank You.

Create a folder anywhere and create a shortcut for it. Place the shortcut in the PS scripts folder. Unfortunately, you have to do this for each version of PS.

@Chuck, The whole idea is to get away form the need ot handle many versions of Photoshop.

By the way Chuck, How did you get your display name not to show `_` between first name and last name?

Yea, I don't know of a shared folder, but at least this way you're not having to have a set of scripts for each version.

Not really sure why my name didn't change, when the new forum took over.
