where is the new content fill?

I updated my photoshop to version 19.1.6 and saw a tutorial on the NEW content aware fill, when I troed to follow along I couldn't because my photoshop does not have that option in the menu.

    nevermind I found that when I updated it my computer installed another version of photoshop that I did not see
