Hey Guys, This could be a silly question but where should I store this ( attached ) icon after I've double-clicked it and installed it? Thank You A.

Is that a gradient preset .grd file? If so, when you save or load a gradient preset Photoshop should default to the user folder where gradient presets are stored. The location depends on whether you are on a Mac or Windows computer. That being said, they can be saved anywhere and if this file has "value" to you, it should most likely be backed up in one or more locations.

This location, and way more information about presets can be found on this help page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/presets.html

As stated, you can load them from anywhere with a double-click, but the default location for saving/loading/replacing presets depends on your operating system. It might be useful to place them there for preset syncing, or when migrating one install to the other.

Windows 10: [Drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [version]\Presets\[feature name]

Windows 7: [Drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [version_number]\Presets
Mac: <User>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobePhotoshop [version_number]/Presets.
(The default locations for saving/loading/replacing presets are hidden by default in Windows.)
