Where to buy Photoshop and Lightroom

I'm finding it impossible to find a copy of PS except through a download.  I only have limited access to the internet via a very poor mobi signal and therefore I need a hard copy of the programme. How do I get hold of Adobe UK for they don't seem to want us to know their e-mail address?

    Hi

Photoshop is only available by subscription and to download. There is no hard copy.

If you need to contact Adobe you can use the link below - follow the link through Photoshop to Sales

If you haven't bought them yet, there is a non-subscription version of Lightroom 6 that is still sold as a standalone product. I'm not sure about the UK, but in the USA, online retailers such as Amazon, B&H, and Adorama can sell you Lightroom 6 on disc or as a download for offline installation.

The non-subscription disc option is not available for Photoshop, however.

There used to be a VERY little known program for getting a DVD, as of 2015 and in the USA. Worth looking into. How to Get a Creative Cloud DVD, Backup, or Offline CC Installers | ProDesignTools

If not, that same site offers offline installers, which you can download somewhere with fast, free, internet and transfer via a memory stick.

And to add to Dave's reply, you download the application to your computer and use it in the usual way, Adobe checks online occasionally that you're up-to-date with your subscription.

Thanks for letting me know, however the link seems to go nowhere:

    Photoshop

Tell us what you need help with…

    • Deciding what to buy
    • Adobe ID and signing in
    • Membership, account, payment
    • Downloading, installing, setting up
    • How-to's and troubleshooting

So if Adobe don't want to sell me a programme I don't think I want to be a customer, but thanks for your help

They must be an American company being able to pick and choose who they want to sell to; everyone welcome unless you happen to come from somewhere that doesn't have cable.
