Which CMYK Profile Should I Use?

I have to send AI / PS files to US , we're talking about apparel graphic design files, so I would to ask which is the better profile to print the design in the right way.

Given that it's happened in the past someone preferred print in RGB I would be glad to know even which RGB profile should I use for US.

    As with all print stuff - inquire with the facility that is actually producing the stuff. They may even have their own profiles instead of standardized FOGRA profiles or whatever.
