Which configuration laptop is compatible for Photoshop 2020?

I have Dell Inspiron   Intel core i 5 4th generation 64 bit 4 gb Ram 

Will Photoshop2020 work properly on my laptop?

Also the version of Windows matters very much.

    Your 4GB is not enough for Adobe Photoshop 2020.

    Theoretically it should work but it falls far short of the recommended 8GB (see System Requirements page).

    If you're looking for the best laptop for Photoshop, and money is no object, then the new MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) is by far the top choice. Apple has updated its MacBook Pro line with a new, larger, screen that makes working on Photoshop a pleasure.
