WHITE RECTANGULES WHEN MOVING

In my photoshop, almost always when I move an element, white rectangles appear where I move the element. My notebook has the following configurations: i7 13 generation processor, 32 GB of RAM, RTX 4050 video card, the configurations are good, I don't know why this happens, can anyone help me?

    Try turning on this pref:

     

     

    In Performance prefs, also try turning off the graphics processor and/or the advanced options for it to isolate the problem.
