why cant i choose the color in outer glow? I HAVE UPLOADED A VIDEO TO MAKE IT MORE CLEAR

Hi, i cut out the object from another picture and i wanted to give it an outer glow so that it would look better..i wanted to give it a yellow glow but im unable to change the color to yellow...can anyone plz tell me what i am doing wrong?

Hi @wartaalw17449574 you have the Outer Glow checked, but do not have it clicked/highlighted. Click the title "Outer Glow" to see the settings. You are highlighted on Blending Options.
