Why does export as do this

For work i have to resize and crop these images in bulk. I then export all layers through export as in the layers panel. Sometimes it cuts of the images though as shown below, is this a bug or intentional?

    Hi, it seems like there are extra pixels on one of the layers.

     

    Try the following:

    Image > Reveal All

     

    This should reveal the extra pixels.

     

    From there, you can use crop off the excess pixels using whichever method you like.
