Why is Cloud saying PSCC19.1.6 is Latest Version?

I recently updated my Photoshop CC, trying to get the latest version (20.0.0). But under help about it still says 19.1.6. And Cloud says I have no updates. I'm running Windows 10, so it's not that my OS is old.

How do I get to version 20?

Never mind. It installed it as a separate program for some reason instead of updating the old one. Not sure why it did that. But I have it figured out.

because it is a major change (with bugs) and you should keep your old copy just in case... also Windows 10 does not automaticlly make you up to date enought but thats another issue
