I use windows 7 on my laptop. I am new to photoshop and I need help!!

Intel HD Graphics 520

 

It looks like your GPU, which is integrated into the processor rather than a separate dedicated GPU with its own Video RAM,  is not up to the job. See the minimum system requirements here:

Without a GPU that meets those requirements then some functionality will be disabled

Flame, Picture Frame and Tree are also inactive, so I still suspect a GPU-issue. 

What are the Advanced Settings (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings)?

What are the image’s Color Mode and bit depth?

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?
