Why is my HP digital pen is not selecting?

Hello guys!

I have a HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2, with it's own pen; i am also using the latest versions of PS and IL.

The pen seems to be working vrey bad, when i select things, it's either too sensitive with anchor points (P) OR if i am using rectangle (M) selection start doesn't appear unless i press very hard.

What do you think the problem is?

PS: in the older version of PS, it was wrorking fine.
