Why is the Adobe Font Match sooooo CRAP?

Wanted to know the font in a logo.
Select the area in Photoshop (latest version) and choose TYPE > MATCH FONT.
Not even close.
The font has an 'A' with no 'cross bar'.
EVERY suggested font HAS a 'cross bar'.
In a world where computers can do facial recognition in a crowd, Amazing-Adobe-Ai cannot understand when there is/is not a horizontal bar on the letter A.... Haahahahah....
ALSO: When you are trying to match a font - you normally need to check a specific word/combination.
Why does Adobe insist on showing me font suggestions with the letters S-a-m-p-l-e ?
Why not let you type in the actual word/phrase like DaFont?
Overall... for such a massive, multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporation - why are these features so weak?
