Why is the document size shown in PS wrong?

Hi,

Why is the document size in PS (bottom left) doesn't show the right PIC size. In the picture attached it shows 344M and when I save it, it's 35M?

Because the "document size" isn't the file size and it isn't anything to do with it. It's the amount of memory uised to hold a copy of the uncompressed image. Images like JPEG and stuff are heavily compressed when you save, and their size is different each time, but the document size stays the same. It's a useful number, but you have to know what it isn't...
