Why photoshop won't download

This is more of a niche problem, but I was going insane trying to figure out why my computer with a good OS was not able to download photoshop. As it turns out, the web browser I was using was the problem (Opera GX). So if you already checked your computer is up to date with the system requirements to download adobe apps (and it keeps telling you your Operating system is the problem), use the default browser your computer came with.
