Thank you all for your replies,

Should I buy All-in-one at all even with higher specs or lean toward towers or gaming laptop with high specs.

budget is $2000.

Thanks

A gaming system would most likely have a dedicated graphics card with dedicated VRAM. Integrated cards are usually underpowered and share RAM with the CPU.

16 GB or more or RAM and a GPU with the following are recommended:

  • GPU with DirectX 12 support
  • 4 GB of GPU memory for 4k displays and greater

I would not buy that laptop PC for Photoshop. It does not meet even the mimimum specs and while some functions may work you are likely to run into issues with the GPU and potentially with scratch disk space if that 256GB drive is your only storage.

If buying a new PC, look for one that meets at least the recommended specification.

Hi

You may struggle with performance, quote from https://www.techcenturion.com/intel-uhd-graphics-630

"The Intel UHD Graphics 630 doesn’t have any Video/Graphics Memory of its own. Instead, it utilizes the system’s memory (RAM) dynamically for the same purpose"

Your system only has 8GB of RAM and an Intel i3 processor, Adobe recommends a system with 16GB of RAM and a GPU with 4GB of VRAM

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

That been said the Intel 630 might work with Photoshop just fine, but I'd recommend going for a system with higher specs and a dedicated GPU
