Windows and images are currently open but cannot access anything!

This has been happening on and off for sometime now and is beyond frustrating not having stability in Photoshop in 2017 when 10 years ago I had none of these goofy issues.  While working on images and having multiple images open for no apparent reason I cannot see any of the windows or access them through Photoshop.  The program is open but basically rendered useless.  This is what I can see in the screenshot showing they are supposedly there but nothing!  Please help...Adobe wasn't able to.

    Please let us know the exact version of Photoshop you are using now? Also, have tried reinstalling the Photoshop from the creative cloud desktop app?
